Townsville Counselling & Wellness offers a calm, personalised approach to counselling for women in Townsville and online across Australia. Sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and work through what’s been building.

My approach to counselling is gentle, grounded and client led. I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, which is why sessions are paced in a way that feels comfortable and manageable for you.
Rather than rushing to solutions, I focus on creating a space where you can talk openly, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Supporting others has always felt natural to me, and becoming a counsellor has allowed me to turn that into work that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
I understand how isolating it can feel when you’re carrying things on your own, especially during seasons of change, pressure or uncertainty.
I’m especially drawn to supporting mothers, as I remember those early seasons so clearly - the exhaustion, the identity shift, the guilt, the pressure to keep everything together and the quiet moments of “I love this… but this is also really hard.”
At the same time, I work with individuals at all stages of life who are navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges or simply feeling stuck.
My goal is to offer a space where you can be honest, vulnerable and real - without judgement, pressure or expectations.
If I can help someone feel even a little lighter, more understood, or more grounded, then I know I’m doing the work I’m meant to do.
