Online Counselling Australia-Wide
Practical, supportive counselling from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
What to expect from online counselling
Online counselling is designed to feel just as personal and supportive as meeting face to face.
Sessions take place by secure video from the comfort of your home, office or another private space that feels right for you.
You’ll have dedicated time to talk about what’s been happening, make sense of what feels difficult and work through practical ways forward.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before your first appointment. We can simply start with where you are today.
Why so many people choose online counselling
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t deciding to get support - it’s finding a way to make it fit around everything else.
Work, family commitments, travel, shift work and living outside a major centre can make attending appointments in person difficult.
Online counselling removes the travel and gives you more flexibility around where you attend your session. You can join from home, your office or another quiet, private space.
It can be particularly useful if you live regionally or remotely, travel frequently, work irregular hours or simply prefer the privacy of speaking from somewhere familiar.
Whether you’re in Townsville, regional Queensland or elsewhere in Australia, online counselling gives you access to support without needing to travel.

That is completely okay. You do not need to know exactly what to say or have everything worked out before your first session. We can simply start with what has been happening lately and take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
